I've been particularly enjoying your article 19th Century Protestant Missions in China. It's been a long time since I've seen material on the TaiPing revolution and I hadn't been aware that more recent scholars underline the religious aspect of it (I'd seen the older stuff that it was primarily political). Thanks so much for your work here.
