"Running Gags" is not someting that needs a whole section for. Maybe a line in trivia like "The show follows a similar format in almost every episode" or something would be fine, but this article is going crapshit because of running gags. (24.47.88.195 (talk) 15:29, 29 February 2008 (UTC))

A sneak peek of the series will air on August 17, 2007, after High School Musical 2. It was confirmed by Popstar! magazine.

WHY WOULD THEY show this now, and not WIZARDS OF WAVELRY PLACE, which airs in October, not January?

Why do they have a character named Isabella? It's already the 5th most popular baby name of 2007 in the U.S. and now this show has to go with this craze and steal the name too? Where's the originality? - Isabella

The main characters are named Phineas and Ferb, ease up, haha :P.

Okay I have this source but it's an official document by Disney and it's on microsoft and I have no idea how to put that as a source. I agree. Half of the info in the article isn't relavent to the programme. For fans of the show I can understand that it is nice to have a collection of information, like songs and detailed character summaries but if you want to find out about the show, it isn't relavent. Firstly, the character summaries are too long, I think maybe there should only be summaries for the main characters. The cast section is irrelavent because the information is already in the characters section. To be honest, the 'running gags and catchphrases' and a list of 'ferb's lines' really aren't relavent. Ferb's lines could be moved to Wikiquote since that is really where quotations should go. Mouseinthehouse (talk) 16:43, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

When did they say how old Phineas and Ferb are? It seems very unlikely that Disney Channel, which is aimed to older children, would make the main character eight years old. Somebody put the ages back after I deleted them. Somebody had better show me proof of Phineas and Ferb's ages or I'll keep deleting them.

As one of the craetors of the show, I can say without fear of contradiction that Phineas is NOT 8 and Ferb is NOT 11. We DO NOT give the actual ages of Phineas and Ferb... Honest.

I attempted to correct all mistakes on this page, but, i failed. Mistakes on this page include:

Doug Funnie In the article, ferb is actually listed as Doug, when in fact thats incorrect

Candace

Although Hannah is a show on the same network, she isn't involved with this show whatsoever. Candace is voiced by ashley tisdale.

Isabella

Adrienne Bailon is also involved with disney channel such as the cheetah girls movies and the group as well. But, shes not a voice actor in this show... Isabella is voiced by alyson stoner..

The page should be locked. It was re-vandalized(and undone).

Years before this show, "Rocko's Modern Life" used the name "Ferb" as a running gag of sorts. Both Jeff "Swampy" Marsh and Dan Povenmire wrote for "Rocko" - do you think this warrants inclusion as trivia of some kind, that the name "Ferb" predates the show?--76.234.22.197 (talk) 16:52, 8 May 2008 (UTC)

The individual character pages do not have significant coverage of the characters in reliable secondary sources per Wikipedia:Notability (fiction)#Elements of fiction. The character pages are full of in universe information and are slight rewrites of the characters' biographies from this page. Aspects (talk) 19:33, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

Not to insult anyone, but I believe that they should be merged. There is just not enough information to keep them seperate at this time. As the show progresses, and the public recieves more information, then we can have seperate pages for them. It is just a sugestion and if there is an overwelming public support for keeping the pages separate at this time, then we do not need to listen to my suggestion. But still, I vote for a merger. A lot of the Hidden Appearances have to do with songs from one episode appearing in another episode (like Gitchie Gitchie Goo and I'm Lindana and I Wanna Have Fun).
