[edit] Plasma cosmology

Someone with knowledge (of what they termed it and how it was proposed) should add to the article the philosophical cosmology of the Soviet Union & communist era Russia. I know they proposed things that mirror very closely what is termed "plasma cosmology" today; that the universe is infinitely old, had no beginning, is infinite in scope and that there was no "big bang" but a dialectical materialism of cosmic matter, like stars, birthing one another. I know the works of Viktor Hambardzumyan had quite a bit to do with it, but many, many others also. I don't know if it was ever codified, but I know it was at least an unspoken official stance. The views on plasma universe sites like electric universe and those from Soviet cosmologists come together almost invariably. I believe it definitely belongs in the article.
