Philmont Training Center is part of the Scouting WikiProject, an effort to build a comprehensive and detailed guide to Scouting and Guiding on the Wikipedia. This includes but is not limited to boy and girl organizations, WAGGGS and WOSM organizations as well as those not so affiliated, country and region-specific topics, and anything else related to Scouting. I know some previous discussion about this ocurred on the Philmont talk page regarding a Philmont Training Center (PTC) article. I went ahead and created a stub about it since I was tired of looking at all of the red links for PTC and I think it needs to be made. I think we should see how it develops as a seperate page.
