[edit] Philippe Rondot offered nukes to Saddam

Citing a document from Iraqi defense ministry dated April 20, 1987. French general and former intelligence official, Philippe Rondot, had made the offer to the Iraqi Ba'athist regime during a visit to the country as an advisor to the French prime minister.
