UMP is a mix of RPR (the "neo-Gaullists", i.e. Jacques Chirac's supporters, roughly speaking) and of a large part of UDF (the French "Christian Democrats" if you like). Douste-Blazy comes from UDF. David.Monniaux 15:49, 28 September 2005 (UTC)
