[edit] no sense
a few sentences of this article make no sense. If he was serving in the British Army, how was it he was taken prisoner in Florida, taken to England and paroled (which might be something that happened to a Patriot, not someone serving with the Brits)? Thanks Hmains 17:31, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
- Looks like someone mangled the timeline. According to Appleton's, he was paroled and then he went to England. I'll fix it. —Kevin Myers 04:55, 6 May 2007 (UTC)

- Oh, and it doesn't say in that source, but presumably he served with the Maryland Loyalists Battalion and was captured by the Spanish. I can't add that to the article because it's just my guess. —Kevin Myers 05:18, 6 May 2007 (UTC)
