I took out Phillips' autobiography from his MySpace page; I tried to incorporate the important points from it in the main text, and I also included a quote from it about his royalty situation. There's a link to the MySpace page, but clearly putting the full text here was inappropriate (and possibly a copyright violation as well). Added other sources as well.
