Phillipa Towler-Green (born May 11, 1984 in London) is a British ice dancer. After originally skating with Robert Burgerman, she has been paired with Phillip Poole since 2003. The pair has captured the silver medal at the British Ice Figure and Dance Championships in 2005 and again in 2007.
Towler-Green is the daughter of former World Champion ice dancer Diane Towler (who is also her coach) and the twin sister of ice dancer Candice Towler-GreenShe trains and teaches and steatham ice rink in London.
