Phillip Bartlett

Phillip Bartlett (June 22, 1959 – August 9, 2001) was an American voice actor best known as the voice of Mewtwo in Pokemon: The First Movie. He is commonly misidentified as Rodger Parsons,[citation needed] although they are two separate people.
