Philippine School of Business Administration

The Philippine School of Business Administration (PSBA) is one of the Philippines' top accounting and business colleges, and is known for yielding CPA board top-notchers and board passers every year, the number of which consistently surpasses the country's national passing percentage.
It is located at R. Papa St., Manila with a campus at Aurora Blvd. Quezon City.

A decision by the Boards of Directors of PSBA - Manila and PSBA, Inc. - Q. C. has had enough of abusive behavior in its personnel and executed the necessary actions accordingly. Below are excerpts from the latest Board Resolutions approved on the 19th day of January, 2008 and became effective on the same date. (This information is made available to the public to notify any concerned parties for whatever purpose it may serve them).
Excerpts from PSBA - Manila Board Resolutions:
"Resolved, that for gross negligence in the performance of assigned duties / responsibilities and complete loss of trust and confidence, the services of Mr. Ronaldo E. Dagumboy, as the Chief Accountant of the School, be terminated as it is hereby terminated; Resolved further, that Ms. Ligaya O. Tendido be appointed as she is hereby appointed as the new Chief Accountant of the School to replace Mr. Ronaldo E. Dagumboy";
"Resolved, that for gross negligence in the performance of assigned duties / responsibilities and complete loss of trust and confidence, Mr. Antonio M. Magtalas be dismissed as he is hereby dismissed from all of his current and claimed positions at PSBA – Manila such as Vice – President for Public Relations, CPA Review Director, “Vice – President for Administration, Dean of Undergraduate Studies and Chairman of PACUCOA”; Resolved further, that the services of Mr. Paul P. Magtalas whose appointment as Special Assistant is co-terminus with Mr. Antonio M. Magtalas’ appointments be terminated as it is hereby terminated";

"Resolved, that Ms. Ligaya O. Tendido be authorized as she is hereby authorized to accept the position of the Chief Accountant of PSBA – Manila together with its current item, concurrently with her present position as the Chief Accountant of PSBA, Inc – Q. C.";
"Resolved, that for gross negligence in the performance of assigned duties / responsibilities and complete loss of trust and confidence, Mr. Antonio M. Magtalas be dismissed, as he is hereby dismissed, from his current positions at PSBA, Inc. – Q. C. as Vice – President for Public Relations and CPA Review Director".
