The Philippine Football Federation (PFF) is the governing body of football in the Philippines. It organizes the Philippines national football team and is based in Pasig City, Philippines. It also holds the PFF National Men's Open Championship, its top regional tournament as well as Ang Liga (Men) and Ang Liga Pilipina (Women), which are open to all university teams, college teams, club teams and others.

Under the PFF are Provincial Football Assocaitions for regions around the Philippines. Each FA is given the chance to qualify and send its best team to the PFF National Men's Open Championship.
