The Portuguese House of Habsburg commonly known as Philippine Dynasty is the third dynasty of Kings of Portugal named after the three Spanish kings who ruled Portugal between 1580 and 1640 in a personal union of the crowns. The three kings, all named Philip (Spanish: Felipe; Portuguese: Filipe, pron. IPA[fɨ.'li.p(ɨ)]) were from the House of Habsburg.
