Philippe de la Chambre

Philippe de la Chambre (c.1490- 1550) was a French Benedictine and Cardinal.

He was abbot of Corbie in 1523, a contested position[1]. He was made Cardinal in 1533, in a group of French churchmen (Jean Le Veneur, Odet de Coligny, Claude de Givry)[2].

He was bishop of Belley in 1535, Bishop of Frascati in 1543, and bishop of Quimper in 1546.
