Philip Leon "Phil" Wise is a U.S. politician who serves as the Iowa State Representative from the 92nd District. He has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 1985. He received his BS and MS from Northwest Missouri State University.
Wise currently serves on several committees in the Iowa House - the Commerce committee; the Economic Growth committee; the Education committee; and the Ways and Means committee. His political experience includes serving as Chair of the Lee County Democratic Party and serving as Assistant Minority Leader in the Iowa House during the 75th General Assembly.
Wise was re-elected in 2006 with 6,532 votes, running unopposed. [1]
