Profile

He attended Braniel Primary school in East Belfast before going on to attend Lisnasharragh Secondary school. His childhood nickname was "Hoover". He played for the local Carnhill Youth team. I knew Hoover when we were children, we played in the same primary school team (played subbuteo etc) and this is the first I have ever heard he was born in Manchester, England. He did go to England around the age of 16 as an apprentice at Manchester United and that was the last I ever seen of him. Maybe this is why it has been posted that he was born in Manchester.
