Philip Ella Juico is the current Dean of the De La Salle Graduate School of Business, a leading graduate business school in the Philippines.

Juico has vast management experience. He has served as Secretary of Agrarian Reform during the term of Philippine President Corazon Aquino, Chairman of the Philippine Sports Commission, and President and Chief Executive Officer of IBC-13 Television Network.

Juico holds a Master of Business Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management.

Juico has published books and articles, writing extensively on issues concerning Philippine sports, business, and public policy. He has made television and radio guestings. He has also hosted public affairs programs and television documentaries.

His son, Joseph Juico, is currently serving as a Councilor in the first district of Quezon City, Philippines.
