From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Phil Weston (born William Phillip Christopher Weston on June 16, 1973 in Durham) was an English cricketer. He was a left-handed batsman and a left-arm medium pace bowler whose brother, Robin was the youngest player for Durham in the club's history. His father, Mike, played for Durham between 1956 and 1973.

Phil, however, has played for Gloucestershire and Worcestershire during his career which spans back to 1991. In 2005 he switched over to 20/20 cricket. Weston signed for Derbyshire before the 2007 season, and announced his retirement in February 2008.[1]
