Phil Mealey

Phil Mealey is a British actor and writer. He co-wrote the BBC comedy series Early Doors with Craig Cash. Cash was intending to write the series with Caroline Aherne, but when Aherne left England, Mealey was asked to take her place. Mealey also acted in the show playing the character of Duffy, and was an associate producer.[1] Cash and Mealey won two North West Comedy Awards in 2005 for the writing and acting on the show.[2]
