Philip ("Phil") Edwards (born September 3, 1949 in Bristol) is a former road racing cyclist from Great Britain, who was a professional rider from 1976 to 1980. He represented the United Kingdom at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, West Germany, where he finished in 6th place in the men's individual road race, just behind teammate Phil Bayton.
