Phil Dooley is a Pentecostal Christian pastor in the Assemblies of God. He is currently an executive pastor at Hillsong Church, and Pastor of Hillsong Cape Town in South Africa. He is a former Director of Youth Alive New South Wales. Phil also holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Western Sydney.

In 1996, Phil was made the Youth Pastor at Hillsong Church, overseeing Hillsong United, the church's youth ministry. In 2007, he was appointed to oversee the Worship & Creative Arts department in Hillsong Church. He is married to Lucinda, who also pastors at Hillsong Church, and lives in Sydney. They have three children, Abigail (Abbey), Isabella (Bella) and Zecheriah. It was announed in October 2007 that Phil and Lucinda Dooley would plant the fourth Hillsong Church in Cape Town, South Africa in March 2008.
