The Phi Kappa Mu Fraternity is a medical fraternity founded in August 1933 in the University of the Philippines College of Medicine.

The Greek letters ΦKM, stand for "Fraternity of the College of Medicine".

It was conceived by its founders to foster academic excellence, leadership and service to the community among the medical students of the U.P.

Beginning with 35 members, the fraternity has grown to over a thousand brothers scattered in Asia, North America and Europe. The Phi Kappa Mu Fraternity Alumni Association Inc. and the Phi Kappa Mu International Inc. are duly incorporated organizations created to ensure the perpetuation of the ideals of the Phi outside the walls of the UP College of Medicine.
