The ΦΣΚ and ΦΤ residence from 1928-2002 at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, USA. Photographed in the winter of 1997. One location in which this image has been used for promotional purposes is http://www.dartmouth.edu/~phitau/about/house.html.

This is a very low resolution image of a photograph captured at much higher resolution and cannot be used to create a high-resolution reproduction;

The image was widely used by Phi Tau Coeducational Fraternity for promotional purposes and its use in an encyclopedic article does not limit the oprganization's ability to use the image for such purposes in the future;
The image is being used for informational purposes only;
Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows an historical structure in which the organization resided for 74 years;
The image is encyclopedic and otherwise meet general Wikipedia content requirements;
The image meets the media-specific policy requirements.
