Peter H. Hellmonds, born 1959 in Witten, Germany, 1977-1979 apprentice in business administration, 1979-1985 sales manager in Berlin, Germany and Cairo, Egypt, followed 1985-1992 by studies of international relations at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, at the Free University in Berlin, at Johns Hopkins University (SAIS in Bologna, Italy) and Princeton University in Princeton, NJ. 1992-1994 consultant with the World Bank in Washington, DC. 1994-1998 project finance manager with ABB in Mannheim, Germany (projects included International Airport Athens (Eleftherios Venizelos). Since 1999 with Siemens AG in Munich, Germany, as project finance manager, as senior advisor for international financial institutions, as principal management consultant for e-Government. Since April 2002 part time (since April 2004 full time) active in the area of national and international information society.
