There is a lot of information here, and I think it needs some cleanup in terms of layout and formatting (example: many bullet points) BierHerr 13:31, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

This article has a lot of useful material and is well researched, but it could do with some rewriting in places to make the language more appropriate for a wikipedia article, not to mention easier to understand for the average person...as someone with a postgraduate degree in medicinal chemistry it all makes sense to me and indeed if this article had been written 2 years ago when I was doing research in this area it would have been a useful resource, but much of the content is very complex and could do with some more explanation in "layman's" language. However given the frequent edits by the primary author I think it is still very much a work in progress and other editors can come back and add or re-write sections as required once Nuklear is satisfied with the content. Ok Nuklear I have added an introduction for the general public...I know we understand all this technical stuff but theres no need to scare everyone else off by launching straight into it with no intro!
