Phenylethanolamine N-methyltransferase (PNMT) is an enzyme found in the adrenal medulla that converts Norepinephrine (Noradrenalin) to Epinephrine (Adrenalin).
PNMT is positively influenced by cortisol, which is produced in the adrenal cortex.
