When placing a speedy deletion tag on a template or a redirect in the template namespace, please consider enclosing it in <noinclude></noinclude>, to avoid causing pages that transclude it showing up in CAT:CSD. —Random832 18:15, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

You corrected my acronym error in World Association of Newspapers; but I didn't quite understand your explanatory edit summary. Could you try to explain again using different words? I think there's something crucial here which I should have come to understand before now. I suspect that I'm missing something fundamental.

Please look at International Freedom of Expression Exchange#Members of IFEX. Look at the acronymns. I begin to worry that every one of these acronymn links represents a wiki-error? --Ooperhoofd (talk) 18:39, 8 February 2008 (UTC)

Aha! Thank you. Your edit seems elegant -- very nice. I will re-visit other articles where I could have handled acronyms more effectively. Apparently I needed just this one more step, the illustrative examples ... and now I do understand. The following is an example of my first edit using the method you've suggested:
