Notes
I'll see it when I believe it.

My name's Jason. I'm a South African born - June 1983 - British citizen living in Australia, a serious geek, and a God-devoted Christian to boot.

In 2006 I graduated from Edith Cowan University with a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Interactive Multimedia Technologies, with a supporting major in Internet Computing.

I work full-time as a professional web developer for Jam360.

I have extensive experience with web-development and software-development.

[edit] Relationships

I am engaged (most of my friends will tell you I'm practically married) to the most amazing person I've ever met. She's intelligent, beautiful, loving, caring, and has a great sense of humour. Her name is Steph and I love her very much!

[edit] Computers

I started programming at the age of 7, but since my family first got the internet way back in '98 I've been interested in web-design. I've been coding in HTML for the past 7 years, and have been developing sites in PHP for almost 5 years now.

[edit] Distractions

I spend a lot of time in front of a computer, at work, at uni, and at home. When I'm not, I'm with my girlfriend, at Church, playing basketball, or hanging out with friends.

[edit] Movies

I like medieval-fantasy - I loved the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, and also I like movies like The Net, Minority Report, Blade, as well as humourous movies like The Musketeers.

[edit] Music

Any of the Christian artists currently on my play list - mostly: Thousand Foot Krutch, Audio Adrenaline, Relient K and FM Static.

[edit] Books

I read alot of books, mostly medieval-fantasy novels, with a bit of Sci-Fi or action thrown in for good measure. My all-time favourite author is Raymond E. Feist, with David Eddings and Sara Douglas close behind. Oh, and who can forget Papa Tolkien, the guy that defined the fantasy genre. I also read books by Terry Brooks, Terry Pratchett, Robin Hobb, Robert Jordan, Frank Herbet, Terry Goodkind, Gordon R Dickson, and Matthew Riley.

[edit] Basketball

I captain a local social team named the Reapers, this is our second season together, although it the first under this team name. We made the grand-finals and came runners up of our league in the first season, and made semi-finals in our second season.
