[edit] Phạm

Why was the name "Phạm" removed from the article, when it is part of the title? Badagnani 07:38, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

In the Vietnamese article list of Prime Ministers of Vietnam, he is listed without a surname. He seems to be royalty, and if he is, his surname ought to be "Nguyen Phuc". DHN 07:55, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

Thanks, but that doesn't explain why "Phạm" is in the title. Is it absolutely wrong? If so, what was it doing there in the first place? Badagnani 22:16, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

I've no idea. All searches online for this name points to Wikipedia. A search for "Nguyen Phuc Buu Loc" yields one result, but of questionable authority. DHN 22:44, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
