Pharsman II of Iberia
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Pharsman II was King of Iberia (116-142) during the Nimrodids, or Second Pharnavazian dynasty. He was a ruler of Caucasian Iberia.
He was the son of Amazasp I. He was succeeded by his son Radamist of Iberia in 142.
Pharsman II's reign saw a change in relations with the Roman Empire. They went from a "subject state" to an ally. Pharsman II is said to even have visited Rome during the reign of Antoninus Pius.
