Template:Ph:Starting a new page

Only logged-in users may currently create articles on Wikipedia. Other users will receive a message saying that they are not currently allowed to create a new page. If this happens to you, you have three options:

• You can log in, if you already have an account.
• You can create an account by clicking "Log in/Create account" on the top right of any page.
• You can leave a message at Wikipedia:Articles for creation for someone to create the article based on information you provide. You will then be able to edit the article once it is created.

Anyone can edit an existing article.
