PFC Pirin Blagoevgrad (Bulgarian: ПФК Пирин Благоевград) is a Bulgarian football club from the town of Blagoevgrad, currently playing in the A PFG. The club is founded in 1931 under name Makedonska slava,after the union on other two clubs in Blagoevgrad - FC Ilinden and FC Macedonia.From 1948 the club is called PFC Pirin Blagoevgrad In 2005/06 season Pirin were excluded from A PFG after two matches and demoted to their regional third level league (Southwestern V AFG) on Aug 18 for failing to arrange their debts; their results were annulled
