The Peugeot Type 190 S is a model of Peugeot produced between 1928 and 1931.

The Type 190 was launched in late 1928 to replace the small Peugeot 5CV (itself based on the Quadrilette), a best-seller of the 1920s. The Type 190S was also a small vehicle, but more traditional compared to earlier models. The car was available both as a torpedo as well as spider body styles. Car's small 4-cylinder 695 cc engine delivered a maximum power of 14 hp[1] and could push the car to a maximum speed of 60 kilometres per hour (37 mph). The type 190 was quite successful and was sold in more than 33 thousand copies until 1931. In 1929 was launched successor Peugeot 201. Cars after the Type 190 would be three digits long with a zero in the middle, abandoning Peugeot's original procedure of naming each new model with a successive ordinal number.
