The external links you added to the Georgi Parvanov article are not appropriate for an encyclopedia. The sites are commentary from people either anonymous or not known for their expertise in on the subject. Blogs and self published websites are generally not suitable as sources or external links. Negative information on a subject can be included in Wikipedia articles, but opinions must represent significant points of view from experts in the field and be published by reliable sources. The links you added contravene several of our guidelines and policies including: verifiability, using reliable sources, maintaining a neutral point of view, biographies of living people and external links.
