Request reason: "You have just been emailed a summonds to attend London High Court faliure to turn up will result in your foundation being shut down. I will personally be speaking to wikipedia's lawyer, this checkuser business you have no right to access my IP infromation and will be taking wikipedia to court for invasion of privacy. If you have any objections to this then plese take it up with my office. If you do not unblock you will have a hell of a legal bill. You will also have to deal with the english legal system and also the high court in England And Wales."

Decline reason: "Irrespective of the merits or otherwise of your original block, you may not edit Wikipedia until the legal matter you mention has been resolved. At that time, you should make it clear all legal action has been withdrawn or resolved and your block can be reviewed on its merits. See also Wikipedia:No legal threats. Regarding your threats about shutting WP down, you should contact our parent organisation, the Wikimedia Foundation, we are unable to address that here. — Rockpocket 22:11, 14 May 2008 (UTC)"

Request reason: " Rockpocket you didnt seem to understand the little note at the top of the page it is a summonds which means you need to reply to it and also need to acknowlede it and as I am currently blocked I am unable to contact either of the people concerned. So legal action still stands until I can get in contact with the foundation and an agreement maybe met. However I made it clear the foundation has 5 days in order to respond faliure to do so will result in the High Court ordering the site to be shut down."

Decline reason: "Per WP:NLT, anyone making legal threats is not allowed to edit Wikipedia. Sam Korn (smoddy) 22:26, 14 May 2008 (UTC)"
