[edit] Winsford Christmas Lights
Hi Petepetepetepete,
Thanks for your note. I've made my case for reinstating the above entry on the discussion page. Please have a look at it. In essence, if the fleeting nature of a town's history cannot be recorded, then history as it is portrayed becomes exclusive not inclusive. Bye for now, Rhodian. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rhodian (talk • contribs) 20:12, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Elisha Scott
It's actually tucked away in the talk page archives, see here and here Which team did he play for, as from what I can tell he played for the all-Ireland team for the majority of his caps? Thanks. One Night In Hackney303 15:06, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
- Are you saying he played for Ireland national football team (1882-1950)? As (according to the article) that continued to be an all-Ireland team while he was playing, and didn't even become "Northern Ireland" till well after Scott stopped playing. In addition that's backed up by this which says he played for "Ireland" in 1928 and this describes him as an "Irish International". So unless I've got this totally wrong, he never even played for a team called "Northern Ireland"?! One Night In Hackney303 20:31, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

- If it really bothers you that much, describe him as Northern Irish. Just don't say he was born there please :) One Night In Hackney303 00:25, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Poor Scouser Tommy
What is the earliest publication date for this, as far as you know? Or when was the club founded? I'm doing some research on the tune. Pustelnik (talk) 19:11, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for your response. I'll let you know if anythings comes from the rest of the search. Pustelnik (talk) 22:59, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
