Wikipedia Outreach is a program devoted to helping build the Wikipedia community.

Wikipedia is a diverse place, with editors hailing from all over the world, and new editors coming every day. Outreach seeks to help build bridges between these communities, foster goodwill, diffuse disputes, and assist editors that are struggling through problems.

The goal of Outreach is to build a positive environment on Wikipedia. The disputes that often take place on Wikipedia tend to be strong, harsh, and divisive. Outreach tries to build and rebuild the bonds of community and respect that tie together Wikipedia. We are all respected editors, and the beauty of Wikipedia is all of us coming together for one common goal - to build this encyclopedia.

Stress (medicine) is an oft overlooked problem in the encyclopedic environment of Wikipedia - but we must realise that the environment of Wikipedia is not just encyclopedic environment but a human one. Stress is negative influence on the wikipedia environment, and should be dealt with swiftly, if possible.

Many are the users that deal with stress, either over disputes on Wikipedia, problems with articles or users, or issues in real life. The following is a list of users that could use some assistance - please offer it if you can. If you are stressed yourself, or know of someone so, please add them.
