Pete Park-Walker is a Welsh stand-up comedian, character actor, writer and voice-over artist.
Born in Swansea, Wales on 3rd June 1969, he started his career in professional radio, on a Welsh local radio station, hosting a comedy-sketch based show that was aired live on Saturday nights. Various "characters" popped up, including one who became known as Park-Walker's "butler", whose desire to fly resulted in ever more bizare experiments.
The comedian made his stand-up debut on the Welsh television channel HTV. Following his appearance hosting a charity entertainment show at The Gwyn Hall, Neath, Wales, a television producer invited Pete to perform on several editions of the late night stand-up comedy show Better Late on HTV in 1992.
He returned to the television channel again in 2002 on the programme Presenters when he became an instant hit, earning the nickname "The Dog Show Man".
After some years, during which time Park-Walker balanced working in the broadcast and print media with stage drama, he marked his return to stand-up in 2001 at the Inkey Jones Comedy Club in Woking, England.
Since then, Pete Park-Walker has continued to perform at diverse venues in London and Wales.
