I am marking this article for cleanup. I don't really know where to begin on it, but for example, Nigeria's spot on this list at first stays loyal to the topic, then skews strangely and without rational into Nigeria's debt cancellation programs.

And nations and events seem listed at complete random. There seems to of been no real work done to make this article flow well, I wonder if it wasn't written piece by piece? Regardless, it really needs a whole re-write. And, more than anything, some purpose. Scryer_360 (talk) 02:09, 23 March 2008 (UTC)
