NHL nominations and/or NRHP inventory/nomination text and photo PDF files are available on-line at the National Park Service for most National Historic Landmark sites, but not this one. And they are available at Virginia DHR for almost all Virginia NHLs or NRHPs, but not for this, apparently. Search VA DHR copies of nomination forms here
