Peter Hook could be seen by many as one of the most inspirational bass players.

In this video it looks like he is picking his guitar (as opposed to fingering it, like most bassists.) Does he usually use a pick?--DCo1 08:47, 9 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] What basses does he use?

I've heard what he used in Joy Division (Rickenbacker copy, Yamaha BB1200, Shergold six-string), but I've seen other basses, for example, something that resembles a Gibson ES-335. Could someone give a detailed description of his basses? I like Joy Division and New Order and everything, but I'm not that big a fan of them. - Ndrly 12:07, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
