Yet there is the much more famous UK actor by the same name who play Tristam Farnham in "All creatures great and small", and played the next "Dr Who" after Tom Baker. The UK actor's name is actually Peter Moffett — but his professional name is Peter Davison - not Peter Davidson. The reason why he is known as Peter Davison is because there was already an actor who was using the name Peter Moffett.
There actually is an actor whose name is Peter Davidson who guest starred in an episode of The Goodies, but the actor looks nothing like Tristam Farnham or the Fifth Doctor. Figaro 09:03, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
