[edit] Shadow minister?

How can he be shadow minister when the Liberals are in power or does shadow mean something different in Australia than the rest of the planet?--KaptKos 14:13, 12 October 2006 (UTC)

Peter Collier is the Shadow Minister for Education and Training in the State of Western Australia. The Liberal Party is in power at a Federal level, while Labor is in power at the state level. Sarah Ewart (Talk) 14:44, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
