Talk:Peter C. B. Phillips

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I find the "which are notorious for their difficulty" a comment that sounds slightly derogatory and says more about the writer of the entry than about Phillips. It might be better to delete this comment, and instead add that "Phillips pioneering use of the functional central limit theorem in Economics allowed for a large follow-up literature to arise." His contributions to the formal analysis of spurious regressions and cointegration should also be acknowledged.
