"He was educated at Winchester College and Tours University, France." Unlikely. As far as I am aware, the only university in Tours is François Rabelais University, which opened in 1969 when Bull was 57. Nothing to stop him enrolling then, but........ So, I've removed the university reference pending someone coming up with something that has evidence behind it. Also, tagged the whole article as unreferenced.
