Petya Pavlova

Petya Pavlova is a Bulgarian pop singer, composer, and producer. She is also known as Petty Paul.

Pavlova has released three albums. In 2000, she became the first Bulgarian artist with a song played on MTV. She left for London, where she spent eight years. She sang in one of the biggest dance clubs there - Equinox and Hippodrome. Petya has also worked as an actress. She appeared with Ali G in his movie Ali G Indahouse.

In 2006 her third album, Runaway, appeared. It was released also in the US. The same year, she returned to Bulgaria.

In 2007, Pavlova reached the semi-final of the Bulgarian Eurovision Song Contest with her song "Runaway", which entered MTV's World Chart Express. Pavlova's other single is "Downtown".

In 1997 the tabloids The Sun and The Daily Sport reported that she had an affair with David Beckham.

On 26 March 2007 Pavlova entered the Big Brother House. Her participation in VIP Brother 2 made her very popular in Bulgaria. Pavlova was the first evicted housemate on 6 April. She spent 12 days in the House.

On 10 September 2007 she participated in Sdelka ili ne (Deal or no Deal) during the special editions with the Housemates from VIP Brother 2. Petya won 5000 leva.
