Petrojet is a football team of the Egyptian petrol company, Petrojet. They are based in Cairo and a member of the Egyptian Premier League. The team is playing its second season in Egyptian Premier League.

PETROJET Football Team was promoted to the Egyptian Premier League for the first time since its establishment 4 years ago for the 2006-07 season. PETROJET Team reserved its ticket to the Premier League after a fierce competition with a number of strong teams like Tersana, Sekka Hadid and others. In order to reinforce PETROJET squad for the next season, several players have signed with the club like Khaled Bibo, former Masry and Ahly forward. PETROJET's coaching staff led by Mokhatar Mokhtar, former Ahli coach will start a training camp early in June. Mokhatr wants to begin necessary preparations for the new season early in order to help his new players adjust to the team. In spite of that company's Cairo headquarters of the President choose them, but the team will play the city of Suez since their rise to the excellent league season in 2006-2007
