Peter Van Brugh Livingston

Peter Van Brugh Livingston (October 1710 - December 28, 1792 Elizabethtown, Union County, New Jersey) was a Whig supporter preceding the American Revolution.

He was the son of Philip Livingston (1686-1749) and was named for his grandfather Pieter Van Brugh.

In 1774, he was a member of the New York Committee of Sixty. He was a member of the New York Provincial Congress and became its presiding officer in 1775.
