Peter Savelkoul

Peter Savelkoul (born 1975) is a Dutch musician, formerly active in the metal scene and now active in industrial and martial music.

Savelkoul started his musical career at the age of 9 in a local Fanfare. Between 1989-1991 he joined several noise-metal bands, ending up in the black-metal band Belphegor in 1991. In 1995, he acquired electronic instruments and started making electro-acoustic music, resulting in the albums Blood Under The Ice (1996) and Materialschlacht (1997-2000). In 2000 he joined A Challenge of Honour together with the German Johan König (now-Laharis) and they released the first album Only Stones Remain; since 2001 he is the sole member of the group.
