Peter Samuel

Peter Samuel is a prominent U.S. private highway advocate, editor of TOLLROADSnews, adjunct scholar with the Maryland Public Policy Institute, and research fellow with the Reason Public Policy Institute. His writings have appeared in Street Smart: Competition, Entrepreneurship, and the Future of Roads and 21st Century Highways: Innovative Solutions to America's Transportation Needs. Samuel is a former economics professor who writes for World Highways, Intelligent Transportation Systems International and other journals. His TollRoadNews project was in print format from 1995 to 2002, when it moved to the web.[1]
